Loan Officer

About the role

Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage. Enjoy uncapped commissions and offer loan products for all borrower types. You can add additional loan officers to your team or operate as an individual LO. The company is licensed in 28 states and growing, and provides administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3‑5 units per month.

Requirements

• Active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.
