About the role

Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage! Uncapped commissions! Loan products for all borrower types! Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO! Licensed in 28 states and growing! Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate!

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• Close at least 3-5 loan units per month.

Requirements

• Active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Skills

• Strong relationship building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, interested in growing a team.
• Experience building business largely on referrals.

Pay
