About the role

Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage! Licensed in 28 states and growing! Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• Close at least 3‑5 loan units per month.

Requirements

• Active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

• Analytical mindset with ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with commitment to achieving targets.
