Loan Officer

About the role

Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage! Licensed in 28 states and growing! Loan products for all borrower types! Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO! Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own mortgage business as a profit‑and‑loss center.
• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• Close at least 3‑5 loan units per month.

Requirements

• Active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships.
• History of closing 3‑5 units per month.
