About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Modification Assistant to join our Loan Servicing team.
Responsibilities
- Process daily incoming returned documents
- Sort, track, and monitor incoming mail, ensuring accurate routing and follow-through
- Review incoming documents for accuracy
- Organize outgoing documents for borrowers, title companies, and other agencies
- File, track, and maintain documentation for both incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Respond to general customer inquiries from other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent, required
- 1–2 years of experience in office administration or residential real estate lending, preferred
- Experience in loan servicing or related fields that demonstrates understanding of loan documentation processes, preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to providing high-quality customer service
Salary
$18.00 per hour
