Responsibilities
- Ensure loan applications and supporting documentation are accurate and complete.
- Prepare loan packages for underwriting.
- Enter applications into the Loan Origination System, follow up for missing information, and direct loan packages to the appropriate underwriting channel.
- Resolve non-credit related application and credit bureau issues and confirm loan packages meet decision channel methodology requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Some banking or loan-related experience.
- Basic knowledge of loan processing and loan systems.
- Accuracy, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities.
- Good 10-key, data entry, PC, and customer service skills.
