Mortgage Default Operations Analyst - Midvale, UT (In-Office)

Responsibilities

• Manage an effective and efficient framework of internal controls
• Operational testing for defaults
• Ensure sub servicer's compliance with investor and regulatory requirements
• Maximize affiliate and vendor relationships
• Identify/implement best practices
• Timely resolution of issues related to operations
• Consistent interpretation and execution of policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 2+ years experience with mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, foreclosures, bankruptcy, REO, or other directly related experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Working knowledge of loan default servicing software, Black Knight products preferred, including Desktop, Process Management
• Ability to balance multiple demands and work independently as part of a team
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to present information to senior-level audiences
• Strong execution skills, attention to detail, project management, and prioritization skills
• High levels of integrity, character, and professionalism in affiliate, associate, customer, and vendor interaction
