About the role

The Loader/Unloader Lead supports the Rental Division by ensuring productivity, department goals, and quality standards are consistently met in the unloading and loading of customer route trucks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participate as needed to ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Willingness to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
  • Willingness to learn to use a computer/console to complete work activities.
  • Willingness to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
  • Willingness to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

Physical Qualifications

  • Standing for most of the shift.
  • Straightening, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
  • Physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift.
