About the role
The Loader/Unloader Lead supports the Rental Division by ensuring productivity, meeting department goals, and maintaining quality standards in truck unloading and loading.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders.
- Ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- Adhere to attendance policy.
- Willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Willing to learn to use a computer/console for work activities.
- Willing to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
- Willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors with appropriate protective equipment.
Physical Qualifications
- Standing for most of the shift.
- Straightening, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
- Physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift.
