Loader/Unloader Lead - 2nd Shift

About the role

The Loader/Unloader Lead supports the Rental Division by ensuring productivity, meeting department goals, and maintaining quality standards in truck loading and unloading.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders.
• Ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.

Requirements

• Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the US and be 18 years of age or older.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
• Attendance Policy: Adhere to the attendance policy.
• Safe Environment: Will work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Will work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Computer Skills: Will learn to use a computer/console to complete work activities.
• Communication: Will frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
• Physical Activity: Will handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

Physical Qualifications

• Standing for most of the shift.
• Straightening, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift.
