Loader/Unloader Lead - 2nd Shift
About the role
The Loader/Unloader Lead supports the Rental Division by ensuring productivity, meeting department goals, and maintaining quality standards in truck loading and unloading.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders.
- Ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.
Requirements
- Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the US and be 18 years of age or older.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Attendance Policy: Adhere to the attendance policy.
- Safe Environment: Will work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Will work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Computer Skills: Will learn to use a computer/console to complete work activities.
- Communication: Will frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
- Physical Activity: Will handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.
Physical Qualifications
- Standing for most of the shift.
- Straightening, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
- Physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift.
