2nd Shift Loader/Unloader

Job Responsibilities

Loading:

• Load 53ft trailers "high and tight."
• Scan barcodes on pallets before loading.
• Lift and move tires weighing between 5lbs and 100lbs.
• Unload fully packed trailers or containers onto pallets/racks.
• Transport pallets/racks using a pallet jack.
• Ensure proper staging and organization of tires.

Job Requirements

• Show up on time and stay the full shift.
• Be self-motivated.
• Able to maintain a consistent rate of production.
• Able to lift, bend, stoop, and stand for the entire shift.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Follow safety protocols including wearing steel-toed or composite-toed shoes and a safety vest.

Pay

• Paid per 100lbs moved.
• Payday is each Friday.
• Average weekly pay: $500–$700.
• Top performers earn $1100 plus a week.
• Pay is based on production, which increases over time after training.
