Loader/Unloader (Electroplating Autoline Support)- Hodges 1st shift M-Th 7am-4pm F 7am-11am (see job description)

Job Duties

• Fulfills customer service schedule and assists when needed.
• Determines appropriate time and electrical current for plating parts based on standard procedures.
• Verifies racks and sends them according to shop orders.
• Visually inspects parts throughout the cleaning and post-plating rinsing processes.
• Performs thickness and adhesion tests and documents findings as required.
• Fills out "HOLD" tickets for non-conforming materials.
• Fills out maintenance check sheets, daily check sheets, and maintenance request forms.
• Makes adjustments to tank temperatures as needed to maintain operational ranges.
• Follows all safety rules.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Legible handwriting.
• Able to follow written instructions accurately.
• Proficient in using measuring instruments, gauges, and test equipment.
• Strong understanding of decimals and fractions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Accurate reading of blueprint specifications.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds frequently.
• Good attendance, safety, and job performance evaluations are required.
• Must be able to stand, stoop, and bend for 100% of the workday.

M-Thur: 7am-4pm
Fri: 7am-11am (rotates weekly)
