Loader/Unloader (Electroplating Autoline Support) 2nd Shift - M-F 3pm-11pm

Job Duties

• Fulfills customer service schedule and assists customer service when needed.
• Determines appropriate time and electrical current for plating parts based on standard procedures.
• Verifies and sends racks according to shop order work instructions.
• Visually inspects parts throughout the cleaning and post-plating rinsing processes.
• Performs thickness and adhesion tests and documents findings as required.
• Fills out "HOLD" tickets for non-conforming materials.
• Fills out maintenance check sheets, daily check sheets, and maintenance request forms.
• Makes adjustments to tank temperatures to ensure they are within operating ranges.
• Follows all safety rules.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Legible handwriting.
• Able to follow written instructions accurately.
• Proficient in using measuring instruments, gauges, and test equipment.
• Has a strong understanding of decimals and fractions.
• Can work effectively with others and exhibit team-player behavior.
• Accurately reads blueprint specifications.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds frequently.
• Maintains "meets expectation" attendance, safety, and job performance evaluations.
• Requires standing, stooping, and bending for 100% of the time.
