Unloader 1st Shift (6AM-4:30 PM

Qualifications

• Load trailers while maintaining Dollar Tree safety policies to avoid personal injuries and property damage.
• Ensures freight is loaded so that appropriate space is left at end of trailer, determining when overflow is necessary.
• Checks merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate, and merchandise is not damaged and is loaded onto proper trailer.
• Works as a team to prevent production downtime due to overloading or merchandise being left on the extender.
• Achieves set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Performs general housekeeping duties.
• Assists in other general warehouse duties on an as needed basis.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and load boxes for 10+ hours.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience.
• Full-time position.
