About the role
We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Loader/Unloader for our medical waste treatment facility in Stow, OH. You will load and unload trucks, assist in packing customer orders, prepare and pack outgoing orders for transport, and handle housekeeping duties.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers
- Repeatedly lift 50-75 lb containers throughout your shift
- Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs
- Weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system
- Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport
- Operate forklifts and hand trucks (training provided)
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment
- Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day
- Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work quickly without cutting corners
