We’re hiring a hardworking, reliable Loader/Unloader to join our team in Stow, OH. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role and a critical part of keeping healthcare facilities running safely and efficiently.
About the role

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers
- Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift
- Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs
- Weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system
- Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment
- Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day
- Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work quickly without cutting corners

Pay
$19.00 per hour (set, non-negotiable).

Monday–Friday, 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM).
