About the role
Operate big equipment and contribute to the smooth operation of concrete plants.
Responsibilities
- Take the wheel of front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
- Work alongside the crew and production team to maintain schedules.
- Inspect equipment before and after shifts and report issues.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Count inventory and ensure materials are available.
- Share ideas for improvement and be ready to assist wherever needed.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Physical ability to handle the job
- Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance
- Team player with good communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings
Skills
- Experience operating heavy machinery

Pay
Hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus eligibility for bonuses and annual raises.
