About the role
Operate big equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement at SRM Concrete's plants.
Responsibilities
- Take the wheel of front-end loaders and other heavy equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
- Work with your crew and production team to keep operations on schedule.
- Check and report equipment issues to ensure safety.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Count inventory and alert the team to material shortages.
- Share ideas for process improvements and be ready to assist where needed.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Physical ability to handle the job
- Experience operating similar equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings
Skills
- Operate heavy machinery safely
- Communicate effectively with team

Pay
Hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus eligibility for bonuses and annual raises.
