About the role
Operate big equipment and contribute to the smooth operation of SRM Concrete's concrete plants.
Responsibilities
- Drive front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials like sand, gravel, and cement.
- Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to ensure materials are available for production.
- Work alongside the production team to maintain a consistent workflow.
- Inspect and report any issues with equipment to ensure safety and prevent downtime.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient environment.
- Count inventory and alert the team if supplies are running low.
- Share ideas for process improvements and assist in achieving SRM Concrete's 5 Principles of Service.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
- Basic equipment maintenance skills
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the job
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (helpful)
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings
Skills
- Experience operating front-end loaders or similar machinery
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills

Schedule
Local work with flexibility to return home daily.
Pay
Hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus eligibility for bonuses and annual raises.
