Position Overview
The LOA Coordinator will manage the full leave lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company leave policies. They will partner with employees, managers, HR, payroll, and external vendors for accurate program administration. The role involves handling complex leave cases both internally and with third-party administrators.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in leave administration, disability, accommodations, or time-off programs
- Hands-on experience with FMLA, ADA accommodations, medical/personal leaves, STD, and time-off administration
- Experience managing leave cases both in-house and through third-party vendors
- Strong background reviewing medical certifications, leave documentation, return-to-work, and accommodation records
- Able to manage a high-volume caseload
