Qualifications
- Current LNA license in the state of Vermont
- LTS certification (current/renewed every 2 years)
Responsibilities
- Assist, oversee and monitor customer care to include but not limited to ADLS
- Deliver and manage customer care under the direction of the Charge Nurse
- Support the Nursing Unit by assisting with the timely flow of physician orders of tests for inpatients to assure patient and provider needs are met
- Cooktime communication between physician, nurse, patient and family
