Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while assisting residents with daily living activities.
- Deliver hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures and under the direction of the Director of Nursing, ensuring dignity, comfort, and quality of life for every resident.
- Schedule: Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Committed to providing excellent care and service to residents and colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for geriatric care and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay
Competitive Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
