Lorien Encore is hiring Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) to join their award-winning team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others, values supportive coworkers, and appreciates a clean, well-stocked work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and support to residents
• Absorb and communicate effectively with nursing staff
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment
• Safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid Maryland GNA license in good standing
• BLS certification

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: Same-Day Pay for All Employees!
• Schedule & Availability: Full Time, Part-Time and PRN Hours, Days, Evenings and Nights, Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
