About the role
Lorien Mays Chapel is hiring compassionate Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) to join our award-winning healthcare team. We are dedicated to providing person-centered care that enhances the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support to residents
- Absorb and communicate effectively with nursing staff
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment
- Safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation
Requirements
- Maryland GNA license required
- BLS certification required
- Caregiver must have a compassionate, patient-focused personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred but not required

Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hour (experience-based)
- Shift Differentials: Same Day Pay for all Employees!
- Schedule: Full Time, Part-Time and PRN Hours
- Availability: Days, Evenings and Nights
- Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
