About the role

Helps patients and their families manage the emotional, social, and practical challenges of chronic kidney disease and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Cover one day for each dialysis group (Group 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday; Group 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)
• 16 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements

• MI LMSW or LMSWAHA license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of Social Worker experience
• Dialysis experience

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Variable shift: primarily Monday & Tuesday (adjustable if needed)

Pay

$1,600.00 - $2,300.00 per week
