Job Description & Requirements LMSW Social Worker StartDate: 9/28/2026 Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2300.00 POSITION SUMMARY – LMSW Social Worker POSITION DUTIES – Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization. Minimum Required Qualifications – Oregon LMSWMaster’s degreeBLS2 years recent social work experience in an acute hospital settingCrisis intervention experience LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Days with every other weekend and daily call requirements SYSTEMS – Epic START DATE – ASAP Facility Location This beautiful town surrounded by snow-capped mountain peaks offers a variety of activities.
