LMSW Assessment Specialist

About the role

Conducts comprehensive psychosocial and risk assessments, evaluates patients for admission and level-of-care needs, collaborates with the interdisciplinary treatment team, coordinates crisis intervention services, and helps develop discharge and aftercare plans to support safe patient transitions.

Requirements

• TX LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LPC-A
• Master's degree in relevant field
• BLS and HWS certifications
• 1+ year recent acute hospital experience in specialty

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with managing patients in emergency settings
