About the role

The Training System Specialist serves as a point of contact for Training & Enablement system administrative needs and requests. Collaborates effectively with RDC Training & Development stakeholders such as managers, trainers, field personnel, customers, and others as needed. Consults on all topics associated with processes, operations, and execution of training requests. Partners with colleagues and stakeholders for additional guidance on operational support, standards, issue resolution, and escalation when required. Follows and promotes best-practice approaches that drive compliance and role requirements. Effectively communicates process-improvement opportunities aligned to the Training & Development strategy. This role requires high proficiency in the technology and systems used, including ServiceNow, Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors), Learning Experience Platform, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Enable Training & Development success by processing requests for Enablement & Technology Administration with a focus on systems.
  • Process requests for users and customers.
  • Send personalized messages, manage CRM, LMS, and LXP source-system data to ensure accuracy.
  • Process enrollment requests in LMS/LXP as requested.
  • Process training assignments in LMS/LXP as requested.
  • Process requests for learner support.
  • Provide ongoing learner support, including troubleshooting, follow-up communications, progress monitoring (reporting), and visibility to company teams of learner progress.
  • Serve as a point of contact for learning programs and engage with trainers, developers, managers, and field personnel as needed.
  • Provide information, data, and/or analysis as requested, ensuring a high level of customer service to learners and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and continuously improve quality systems and processes, achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of training systems experience is required.
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or other Learning Management System is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and/or Google Suite is needed.
