Wage Range: Min: $54,153, Mid: $66,561, Max: $78,969 A Brief Overview The LMS Specialist has secondary responsibility for the learning and performance processes and software and supporting these processes through data analysis and reporting. This role ensures data integrity and system efficiency. Delivers job specific, functional training for new and existing employees. What You Will Do Deliver job-specific, functional training for new and existing employees.Maintain and help optimize the learning management system and document processes (maintaining all data specific to training provided, assessment scores, policy acknowledgements, compliance, checklists, etc.).Support annual performance review and succession planning processes.Work with outside vendors and other representatives to ensure system functions effectively and to resolve issues.Run reports and perform analysis to uncover trends in data.Assist with testing each new release.Assist with administrative needs of the Learning & Development Department including training room scheduling and maintenance, event logistics, arranging meals, distributing correspondence. Other Qualifications/Requirements In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint for the purpose of producing training.Experience using talent management software such as Cornerstone.Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years LMS System preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.1 year of training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
