  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting SuccessFactors LMS issues.
  • Experience supporting pharma/biotech training; strong understanding of GxP expectations for learning records.
  • Proficiency with SuccessFactors LMS reporting and data quality practices; Excel skills a plus.
  • Proficiency with Content Object and Item Creation in SuccessFactors LMS.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SCORM/AICC packaging/testing (admin perspective).
  • Experience with Veeva Qdocs application.
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows and SharePoint/Teams for SOPs, WIs, and knowledge management.

Location & Schedule

  • Hybrid/remote in Kankakee, IL.
  • Hiring manager prefers someone within reasonable proximity to Kankakee for occasional in-person meetings.

Pay

$55.00–$66.43/hour.

Context

Our client recently underwent an R&D reorganization, transitioning LMS support responsibilities to the hiring manager’s team.
