LMS Administrator

Responsibilities
- Creates, manages, and maintains electronic training records for all relevant staff utilizing Premier’s LMS system.
- Responsible for LMS user account maintenance.
- Troubleshooting database issues and course errors.
- Participate in Quality Management document processes and releases.
- Responsible for providing audit/regulatory inspection reports/records as well as liaising with Quality Assurance Auditors.
- Responsible for delivering (creation and assigning of training), maintaining, and tracking project-specific training.
- Responsible for tracking and creating reports for project team trainings.
- Responsible for storage of both electronic and PDF copies of paper records including CVs and employee training history.
- Interfaces and supports functional and project leaders with creating and uploading requested training classes (includes SOPs, ADs, eLearning classes, Protocols, etc.) to ensure company, project, and personnel goals/objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Creates a professional image for HR and Training functions by providing prompt, courteous service to internal and external customers as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of related experience (health/clinical industries preferred).
- Knowledge of web-based communication tools for conferences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable with prioritizing competing deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of a Learning Management System preferred.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, and Excel.
- Flexible working hours.
Pay
The annualized starting base pay for this role is $50,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
