Position Responsibilities

  • Answering training emails coming into the compass inbox and re-directing them as needed.
  • Entering user training completion and data entry.
  • Taking notes during meetings.
  • Creating how to documents for training purposes.
  • Maintain user data in Cornerstone.
  • Uploading Manufacturing schedule into Cornerstone.
  • Escalate user issues as needed.
  • Aids in conducting Training Presentations.
  • System Training for Admins and Instructors.
  • Level 1 troubleshooting: Cornerstone availability
  • Maintain and update user accounts as needed.
  • Submit trouble shooting tickets to LMS vendor.
  • Point of Contact (POC) for manufacturing questions from rosters
  • Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a training coordinator, training assistant, or similar role that involves training or content management.
  • Cornwallstone LMS experience preferred but not required.

Education/Certification

  • High School diploma or higher.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Basic skills in Teams and Zoom.
  • Ability to navigate Internet Browsers.
  • Ability to form an email in a professional manner.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient Communication Skills.
  • Ability to do Basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to research issues and resolve them.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team.
  • Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job.

  • Uses established procedures and works under supervision to perform assigned tasks.
  • Works closely supervised.
