Location: Winter Park. Founded by Licensed Psychologist Dr. Kerry Cotler, the practice partners with more than 100 long-term care communities statewide and is dedicated to enhancing the emotional well‑being and quality of life of seniors through ethical, individualized, and evidence‑based services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultations and professional development opportunities
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Current Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (or eligible for licensure)
• Ability to provide psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, and supportive counseling
