Location: Titusville. Cotler Psychology Services is a trusted leader in senior behavioral health, providing high-quality mental health care to older adults across Florida for over 30 years. Founded by Licensed Psychologist Dr. Kerry Cotler, the practice partners with more than 100 long‑term care communities statewide. The mission is to enhance emotional well‑being and quality of life through ethical, individualized, and evidence‑based services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultations and professional development opportunities
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards

Requirements

• Florida‑licensed Master’s‑level clinician (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
