About the role

Licensed Master's‑level clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) provide behavioral health services within assisted living facilities and skilled nursing communities throughout Florida. The position involves psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, and supportive counseling for older adults experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral health concerns related to aging, chronic medical conditions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, adjustment disorders, and major life transitions. Clinicians work independently while supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultations and professional development opportunities
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards
