Location: Winter Park. Cotler Psychology Services is a trusted leader in senior behavioral health with over 30 years of experience, partnering with more than 100 long‑term care communities across Florida. The practice provides high‑quality, evidence‑based mental health services to older adults in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations
• Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Participate in ongoing clinical consultations and professional development opportunities
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Florida‑licensed Master’s‑level clinician (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
• Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health assessments to older adults preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
