LLPC Outpatient Mental Health Clinician

About the role

This position is at our Grandville Clinic. Looking for an early career professional ready to join our Grandville clinic this Spring.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan
• Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
• Participate in marketing and outreach activities
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Achieve and maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week
• Cookordination services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

Requirements

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates must have an LLPC at the time of hire (other transitional or terminal licenses are not being considered for this position due to supervisor licensure).
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
