Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized, person – centered treatment, guided by evidence-based practices within a therapeutic environment.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
- Provide crisis interventions and safety planning as needed.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain awareness of ethical and HIPAA – compliant practices and discuss with supervisor if concerns arise.
- Collaborate with team members for case consultation and treatment planning support.
- Maintain 65% billable hours to meet utilization expectations.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field.
- Licensed as an LICSW, LCMHC or LMFT.
- Couples counseling experience preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience providing therapy services in an outpatient mental health setting preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
Starting 68,640 annually, with additional compensation based upon experience, education and licensure. Sign On Bonus is paid at 3 and 6 months of continued full-time employment - the bonus is subject to all taxes, deductions and voluntary deductions elected.
