Outpatient Mental Health Clinician

Role: Provide trauma-informed outpatient mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Deliver psychotherapy through individual, group, and family sessions.Respond effectively to clinical crises to ensure client safety and stability.Collaborate with families, treatment teams, and community partners to support client progress.Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
