Outpatient Mental Health Clinician - Behavioral Health

The Clinician provides psychotherapy to patients across all ages using individual and group techniques. They perform initial mental health evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver case management, referrals, and discharge planning. Key responsibilities include coordinating care with other providers and caregiversassessing appropriate levels of caresecuring service authorizations when neededcompleting timely, compliant clinical documentationmaintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and state laws Qualifications include a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, and licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT. Strong communication, active listening, and professional demeanor skills are essential. Ideal candidates have clinical psychotherapy experience in a medical setting.
