Outpatient Mental Health Clinician - Behavioral Health

Role: The Clinician provides psychotherapy to patients across all ages, conducting individual and group sessions using tailored techniques and interventions. Key Responsibilities Perform initial mental health evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans with patients.Deliver ongoing psychotherapy and coordinate care with families, caregivers, and other providers.Manage case referrals, discharge planning, and facilitate transitions between levels of care.Assist with obtaining service authorizations and ensure clinical documentation complies with guidelines, payor, and legal standards.Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and state regulations. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.Licensed as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.Experience providing psychotherapy in clinical settings.Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills; professional, friendly demeanor; ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
