- Supports OTT platform and digital media operations
- Activates and oversees live stream, IP-based transmission, and VOD publishing workflows
- Performs pre-stream testing, quality assurance, and broadcast coordination
- Provides live event troubleshooting support
- Tracks video delivery and distribution deadlines
- Supports quality control of video content
- Maintains OTT content libraries
- Contributes to workflow innovation
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in live video streaming, technical operations, or media management
- Proven track record of planning and executing live streaming events
- Experience with root cause analysis and escalation procedures in live operations environments
- Working knowledge of streaming and media workflows, including MAM, VOD, CMS, AWS Elemental Media Services, and media supply chain platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively and prioritize competing objectives
- Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Action-oriented with a high standard for quality, performance, and professionalism
