Live Streaming & Media Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Transmit operations and stream distribution
• Quality assurance and troubleshooting
• Support OTT platform and digital media operations
• Video publishing, metadata management, and VOD content library maintenance
• Workflow innovation through AI-enabled processes and emerging technologies
• Live event troubleshooting support
• Tracking video delivery and distribution deadlines
• Quality control of video content and platform presentation
• Maintain OTT content libraries

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in live video streaming, technical operations, or media management
• Proven track record of planning and executing live streaming events
• Experience with root cause analysis and escalation procedures in live operations environments
• Working knowledge of streaming and media workflows, including MAM, VOD, CMS, AWS Elemental Media Services, and media supply chain platforms
• Effective communication and prioritization skills, including with remote teams and external partners
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively
• Action-oriented with a high standard for quality, performance, and professionalism

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as communications, journalism, or a related discipline.
