Job Summary
Live Nation Entertainment is the world's leading live entertainment company, comprising Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. As an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker, you'll help ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction at venues.
About the role
At Live Nation Concerts, you'll greet guests, scan tickets, assist with seating, and resolve issues. You'll also participate in sustainability initiatives and assist with closing the venue after shows.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry
- Answer guest questions and assist with locating seats
- Examine tickets for entry to various seat levels
- Maintain venue safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Resolve guest complaints or problems
- Assist with special needs guests
- Show CARE by participating in recycling efforts
- Guide guests to exits or provide instructions in emergencies
- May assist in verifying staff credentials
- Participate in sustainability programs
- Close the venue after shows by collecting recyclables and storing event equipment
- Give directions and ensure guests are safely enjoying the show
- Perform additional tasks as requested
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sitting, lifting, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
