About the role
As a Live-In Caregiver, you'll provide consistent, compassionate care while building trusted, meaningful relationships with your clients. You'll be supported by a responsive team, treated with respect, and recognized for the important work you do. Live-in assignments include a private bedroom in the client's home and involve traveling to client homes anywhere in Massachusetts.

Requirements
- CNA/HHA certification or comparable caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license (required)
- A genuine passion for helping others, with empathy, patience, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Comfort with a full-time, 7-day live-in caregiving role
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
