About the role

Lifesteps, a local human service agency with over 100 years of service, is seeking compassionate and caring staff to provide direct care to adults with disabilities in a residential home setting in Beaver Falls, PA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and home care for adults with disabilities
• Help with dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transportation to medical appointments
• Cook and serve meals
• Clean the home and perform household tasks
• Shop for groceries and supplies
• Provide personal care assistance, including grooming and bathing
• Administer medications as directed
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals
• Facilitate community outings and recreational activities

Schedule

• Full-time: Mornings (7 am–3 pm) or Overnight (11 pm–7 am)
• Part-time: Flexible scheduling available

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs with assistance
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
