About the role
We are seeking a Live Event Location Scout to support Project Managers and Producers in ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered. Key responsibilities include due diligence of base buildings, sourcing venues, managing facilities requirements, and assisting with logistics.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with all Originals / Ops / Production teams and Project Managers, bridging communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Source venues that align with Producer’s concepts & designs, conduct site visits, and collate necessary documentation to assess feasibility.
- Ensure design intent is correct and judge how design decisions will affect budget and schedule.
- Contact venues and communicate with Project Managers about initial fees, lease agreements, and terms with venue owners.
- Avoid overspending and ensure operational soundness by coordinating the logistics for the production.
- Oversee venue-related issues across multiple large projects at once, while also overseeing standards for smaller events.
- Develop and maintain venue databases.
- Represent Fever at site visits, meetings, and local events.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in property or venue negotiations, facilities management, or live event production management. They should have strong oral and written communication skills, a collaborative approach, and be able to think strategically and efficiently when faced with issues on-site.

- You have a track record in property or venue negotiations, facilities management, or live event production management, with an eye for details, and strong oral and written communication skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your network, negotiation skills, and willingness to explore different cities to build up a portfolio of unique and beautiful venues.
- You are passionate about the entertainment/events industry and are comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment.
- You have experience with negotiating venue contracts, and/or live events production management.
- You have basic knowledge of reading floor plans, RCP, and technical drawings.
- You have real estate experience with strong connections with brokers and/or agencies.
- You have great networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
- You are highly organized and efficient, with time management skills key to the role.
- You are able to think strategically and efficiently when faced with issues on-site.
- You have a collaborative approach and are willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks.
- You are comfortable with domestic and international travel and work across time zones.
Skills
- Experience with negotiating venue contracts, and/or live events production management.
- Basic knowledge of reading floor plans, RCP, and technical drawings.
