Experiential Real Estate Scout - West Coast

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Location Scout. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team in scouting locations for live events.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential locations for live events based on client needs and requirements.
• Research and analyze market trends to ensure optimal location selection.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure that all logistical aspects of event planning are in order.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and preferences.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in scouting locations for live events.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and permits necessary for event locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using location scouting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Entertainment Industry, or Construction.
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry and live event logistics.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
