This posting is for multiple roles within our play gym team, including: Kids Activity Leader, Birthday Party Host, Little Land Class Instructor, Front Desk / Guest Experience Team Member, Parents’ Night Out Activity Leader. No matter the role, every Little Land team member helps create an incredible experience for kids and families.

Responsibilities
- Greet families and check guests in for open play, classes, birthday parties, and Parents’ Night Out events
- Engage with children during open play sessions
- Lead fun activities, games, and group play experiences
- Assist with sensory art, music exploration, and Little Learners classes
- Help host birthday parties and guide kids through party activities
- Support Parents’ Night Out events by supervising kids and leading games and activities
- Maintain clean and organized
