About the role
The Litigation Support Analyst collaborates with project managers and case teams to support the firm’s strategic initiatives. This role assists attorneys by providing computerized support to help plan, organize, research, analyze, argue, and present cases efficiently. The analyst provides day-to-day support for data management and review platforms, as well as technology services under the supervision of a Litigation Support Project Manager or Regional Manager.
This position can be based in any of our US office locations and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assists with managing cases and projects at various stages of the litigation process.
- Creates and supports databases throughout the duration of a case, including user account setup, access management, review layouts, and search assistance.
- Provides daily metrics of document reviews, generates data productions, and performs quality control before data is produced.
- Processes electronically stored information (ESI) for upload into data review platforms.
- Assists attorneys in trial preparation and sets up electronic equipment in the courtroom; provides courtroom assistance as required.
- Handles data import/export and manipulation as needed.
- Processes ESI through advanced technology applications for data analysis, such as Clearwell.
- Targets ESI collection from hard drives and backup tapes with Index Engineers; assists with collection efforts as needed.
- Provides timelines and estimates to the project manager for all data being processed.
- Assists in developing and maintaining best practices for the department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrated proficiency in the entire litigation support process, including database management, searching, reporting, scanning, coding, electronic discovery, document production, and trial support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues using technology.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage conflict effectively.
- Exercise sound independent judgment.
Qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in litigation technology support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications such as Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap, and Sanction.
- Experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories, and extranet technologies.

Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking and standing required.
Pay
The expected hiring range for this position is $46.15 - $73.38 per hour, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis with overtime in accordance with applicable laws. Compensation will also depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
